The Trinity Railway Express Advisory Committee meeting will be held in person at the Trinity Metro Board Room and recorded. The public is encouraged to attend the meeting in person. The following videoconference link will be available to the public to listen and view the meeting within 72 hours :

The Trinity Railway Express Advisory Committee may go into Closed Session under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Tex. Gov’t Code Section 551.071 (Consultation with Attorney) for advice about pending or contemplated litigation or a settlement offer; Section 551.072 (Real Property) to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property; or Section 551.074 (Personnel Matters) to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee.

Trinity Railway Express is a service provided jointly by Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) and Trinity Metro. As such, contracts and/or procurement for services of contractors and vendors of materials and supplies is managed through DART and/or Trinity Metro. Vendors/contractors may solicit information concerning bidding on TRE business through the respective procurement policies and procedures that are in effect at DART and Trinity Metro.
